Description

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• OSH Practitioner or Professional Level Certification issued by the Ministry of HRSD, KSA.
• Must have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in HSE auditing, with a focus on the construction or infrastructure industry.
• Professional certifications such as ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are required.
• Knowledge of ISO 14064 and SA8000 standards.
• Extensive knowledge of HSE regulations, auditing standards, and best practices, particularly in high-risk environments.
• Proven experience in conducting internal and external audits, with a strong track record of identifying risks and ensuring compliance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills, with the ability to present findings to management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the HSE management system and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including client and third-party audits.
• Conduct sustainability audits to assess the environmental impact and sustainability practices within the organization.
• Manage follow-up audits to ensure that corrective actions from previous audits have been implemented and are effective.
• Serve as the ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 lead auditor, ensuring that the organization meets all requirements of these standards.
• Apply extensive auditing knowledge to develop and refine audit processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Perform comprehensive HSE management system audits to ensure all health, safety, and environmental processes are functioning effectively and in compliance.
• Conduct environmental audits to evaluate the organization's adherence to environmental regulations and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement detailed audit plans to ensure all necessary audits are scheduled, scoped, and executed effectively.
• Prepare and distribute audit notifications to relevant stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared for upcoming audits.
• Maintain and manage audit schedules to ensure timely and systematic execution of all required audits throughout the organization.
• Conduct GAP analyses to identify discrepancies between current practices and industry standards and advise management on necessary actions to address these gaps.
• Conduct focused HSE audits across various areas, including project sites, camps, stores and warehouses & corporate HSE operations.
• Perform audits and inspections of facilities, equipment, and operations to ensure compliance with HSE standards and identify areas for improvement.
