Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist – Logistics (B2B) to drive business growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and promoting our logistics and supply chain solutions to companies across various industries.

This role requires strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach.



Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within target industries
Prospect, qualify, and close new corporate clients
Conduct client meetings (virtual & in-person) to present logistics solutions
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling
Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Maintain accurate sales records in CRM
Follow up on leads and ensure timely response to client inquiries

Requirements & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in B2B sales (logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or related field preferred)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM experience is a plus
