Maintenance Head (Urgent Recruitment who's available in Riyadh, KSA)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Head to join our Powder Coating Factory in Riyadh.

Requirements:

6–10 years of maintenance experience in a powder coating plant.

Strong knowledge of both electrical and mechanical maintenance.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering.

Hands-on experience with:

1. Powder coating booths and spray systems
2. Air compressors
3. Conveyor lines
4. Pretreatment/treatment tanks
5. Ovens, pumps, motors, PLCs and all production line equipment
6. Ability to troubleshoot, plan preventive maintenance and minimize production downtime.
7. Good leadership and team management skills.
8. Physically fit and able to work in a production environment, including 10–12 hour shifts when required.
9. Must be available for emergency maintenance support and after-hours/midnight call-outs to ensure continuous plant operations.
10.Must be a team player and able to work effectively with production, quality and maintenance teams.
