Marketing & Creative Strategist (Female) – Dammam
NEXEL, a media-led events and creative agency, is hiring a female Marketing & Creative Strategist to develop campaign concepts, marketing strategies, and creative direction for NEXEL and its clients across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Type: Full-Time

Reports to: Managing Director
What you'll do:

Develop creative concepts for campaigns, videos, social media, branding, events & exhibitions
Build marketing strategies — audience, competitors, platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, digital ads)
Attend client meetings, understand briefs, and turn them into clear creative direction
Guide videographers, designers, photographers & social media specialists
Plan content calendars, campaign messages, reels concepts & storylines
Support the sales team with pitch decks, proposals & creative presentations

Requirements:

2–4 years in marketing/creative strategy, branding, media production, social media, or events
Agency, media production, or events company background preferred
Strong creative thinking with the ability to turn ideas into practical plans
Solid knowledge of digital content, video, design & campaign planning
Strong communication, presentation & client-handling skills
Good understanding of GCC market trends preferred
Bachelor's in Marketing, Media, Communications, Advertising or related (relevant experience also accepted)
