*Description of skill requirements*
1. Proficient in AutoCAD and drafting tools; able to independently produce hardscape construction drawings, details, and layouts.
2. Familiar with common hardscape details, their drawing representation, and local codes and standard drawings.
3. Review drawings to identify and resolve issues (omissions, errors, clashes, deficiencies).
4. Understand material specs and paving modularity; optimize layouts and joint design based on site conditions.
5. Good communication skills to coordinate with design team, client, and other disciplines.
6. Bring a well-configured computer that meets drafting requirements.
7. Experienced in relevant engineering projects.

*Job Description*

1. Produce hardscape construction drawings, details, and layouts (back-end drafting).
2. Review, revise, and optimize drawings to resolve design issues and ensure constructability
3. Prepare hardscape submittals, change orders, and as-built drawings as needed.
