Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow sales of consumer jars across Saudi Arabia.

Manage and expand relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key trade partners.

Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives.

Achieve sales targets through effective territory management and customer engagement.

Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, competitive activity, and market trends.

Work closely with distributors to improve product placement, visibility, and market penetration.

Prepare sales forecasts, customer visit reports, and pipeline updates.

Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, product development, inventory, and customer service.

Negotiate commercial agreements and close sales opportunities.
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in FMCG, packaging, or consumer products.

Proven experience managing distributors and developing markets within Saudi Arabia.

Strong understanding of the Saudi retail, wholesale, and distribution landscape.

Arabic speaker (mandatory).

Good command of English.

Saudi Arabia driving license (mandatory).

Willingness to travel extensively across the Kingdom.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated with a strong track record of delivering sales growth.
