Position Overview

Nexa Arabian Ventures is seeking a highly accomplished Business Development Manager with extensive experience in industrial automation, electronics repair, and equipment supply. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with minimum 3 years of experience, a strong network across petrochemical, industrial, pharmaceutical, and commercial sectors, and a proven track record of generating high-value business opportunities.
The role is focused on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and securing projects involving industrial automation systems, repair services, and supply solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Revenue Growth

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Manufacturing,
Power & Utilities, and Facility Management sectors
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth targets
• Generate leads for repair, retrofit, upgrade, and supply projects
• Achieve annual revenue and profit targets

2. Technical Sales & Solution Promotion

Promote and secure projects for:

• Automation Systems: PLC, HMI, DCS, BMS Controllers
• Drives & Motors: VFD/VSD, Servo Motors, AC Drives, Stepper Drives
• Control & Electronics: Industrial PCB, IO Modules, Power Supplies
• Instrumentation: Sensors, Transmitters, Process Instruments
• Control Equipment: Valve Controllers, Actuator Controllers, CNC Controllers
• Advanced Systems: Robot Controllers, Industrial PCs, Communication Cards
• Electrical Systems: Soft Starters, Motor Protection, Industrial UPS

3. Client Relationship Management

• Maintain and expand strong relationships with:
• Petrochemical companies
• Oil & Gas operators
• Industrial plants and manufacturers
• Pharmaceutical facilities
• Facility management companies
• Engage with engineering, maintenance, and procurement teams
• Act as a trusted advisor for automation and repair solutions

4. Market Expansion & Networking
• Leverage existing contacts in Jeddah and Western Region industrial hubs
• Develop partnerships with OEMs, contractors, and system integrators
• Proactively bring in new clients and business opportunities through strong industry connections, personal network, and market engagement

5. Proposal & Contract Management
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals
• Coordinate with engineering teams for solution development
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
• Support Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) business growth

Required Qualifications

Preferably Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business or Engineering.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in:
• Industrial Automation
• Electrical / Electronics Systems
• MEP / Industrial Projects
• Proven success in business development, sales, or key account management
