Plenty SLD’S, a growing food manufacturing company in Riyadh, is looking to hire an experienced Factory Manager to lead and oversee factory operations.




Position: Factory Manager




Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily factory operations and production activities
• Ensure operational efficiency, productivity, and quality standards
• Manage factory teams and coordinate across departments
• Maintain compliance with food safety and health regulations
• Monitor production performance, maintenance, and operational costs
• Support factory setup, process improvement, and continuous development

Requirements:
• Previous experience managing food factories or food production facilities
• Strong leadership and operational management skills
• Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
• Experience in factory setup and production planning is preferred
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Location: Riyadh – Al Kharj Industrial City
