Job Vacancy: Nursing Supervisor

Location: Medical Center Tower, Qatif Region, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our healthcare team at Medical Center Tower in the Qatif region.

Position Requirements:

Nationality: Indian or Filipino

- Gender: Female
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Valid nursing license (Saudi license preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience, including supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage nursing staff and ensure high standards of patient care
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations
- Monitor patient care quality and safety standards
- Support and guide nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
- Prepare schedules, reports, and performance evaluations
