Job Summary

We are looking for an Event Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh. The role is responsible for supervising event preparation and execution, coordinating with the event team, and ensuring that all event details are completed according to the approved design and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise the preparation and execution of parties and events.
* Ensure all event supplies and equipment are ready before each event.
* Handle balloon decoration, installation, and event setup.
* Supervise the event team during preparation and execution.
* Ensure the event is executed according to the approved theme and design.
* Coordinate the loading, transportation, setup, and collection of event items.
* Conduct a final check of the venue before the event starts.
* Identify and resolve unexpected issues during events.
* Coordinate with clients or their representatives at the event venue when required.
* Document event details, issues, and observations after each event.
* Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly collected and returned after events.
* Use Microsoft Excel to maintain event schedules, checklists, inventory, and reports.
* Update event schedules and follow up on upcoming events.
* Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, and Event teams to ensure all required items are available.
* Maintain quality and safety standards during event setup and execution.
* Perform other duties related to event operations and management as required.

Requirements

* Filipino nationality.
* Previous experience in events, parties, decoration, or event management.
* Experience with balloon decoration and event setup.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Willingness to work at different event locations across Riyadh.
* Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours.
* Experience supervising a team is preferred.
* Ability to work evenings and weekends when required based on event schedules.

Compensation

Salary: SAR 2,500 per month
