Description

This position ensures accurate, competitive pricing and complete, high-quality tender submissions, directly supporting the CTO and the Commercial & Proposals team in maximizing the company's win rate and margin quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead preparation of detailed cost estimates for all tenders, proposals, and project budgets.
• Manage quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications across all disciplines.
• Prepare complete, compliant tender submissions in coordination with Commercial & Proposals and Technical teams.
• Analyze tender documents, identify risks, and develop cost-efficient solutions.
• Benchmark unit rates, material costs, and subcontractor pricing to ensure competitiveness.
• Prepare cost plans, budgets, and cost-to-complete analyses for active projects.
• Maintain the company's pricing database, cost library, and historical bid records.
• Present and defend estimates and tender strategies to senior management at bid review meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
• MRICS or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of combined estimating and tendering experience in construction in Saudi Arabia.
• Proficient in estimating software (CostX, Candy, or equivalent) and MS Excel.
