Position: Testing & Commissioning Engineer
Required Positions: 4
Minimum Experience: 8+ years
Discipline: Mechanical, Electrical/Power, and Low Current & Control
Preferred Nationalities: Any

Job Description:

Prepare commissioning plans, method statements, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for assigned systems.
Carry out pre-commissioning activities, including inspections, static checks, and readiness verification.
Execute commissioning activities in accordance with approved procedures and ensure systems perform according to design specifications.
Perform integration testing between interfacing systems and disciplines.
Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, and engineering teams to resolve punch-list items prior to commissioning.
Prepare and maintain Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
Support asset registration and handover documentation.
Record and report test results, deviations, and non-conformances.
Attend site walkdowns, witness tests, and client/consultant inspections as required.
Relevant industry certification is an advantage, such as NEBB, AABC, or equivalent, depending on the discipline.

Salary:
The total package ranges between SAR 8,000 to SAR 12,000, and will be offered based on the candidate’s experience and industry exposure.
