Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in HR and administrative matters.
• Support employee documentation and records management.
• Monitor and update employee information in Qiwa and other government platforms.
• Assist with Chamber of Commerce documentation and related transactions.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and administrative documents.
• Maintain filing systems and company records.
• Coordinate with employees and departments on administrative requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Qiwa, Muqeem, Chamber of Commerce, and government portals is an advantage.
• Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
• Previous administrative or HR experience is an advantage.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
