Mathaqat Foods Company – Catering Services is looking for a professional, energetic, and guest-focused Female Assistant Guest Coordinator to join our catering team.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Assist in coordinating guest services for catering events and functions.
• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Coordinate with catering, kitchen, service, and event teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support guest seating, event arrangements, and special requests.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Assist with VIP guests and special events.
• Ensure guest areas and event spaces are well presented and organized.
• Support the Guest Coordinator in maintaining high service standards.
• Help ensure a smooth and positive guest experience throughout catering events.
✅ Requirements
• Female Arab national.
• Previous experience in catering, hospitality, guest relations, hostess, events, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong guest-service and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced catering and events environment.
• Fluent Arabic; good English communication is preferred.
• Flexible to work according to event schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Team-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
