Description

Accountant (3+ Years Experience)

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting records.
Manage and reconcile Cash Book, bank accounts, and petty cash transactions.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
Record and monitor production-related transactions and costing entries.
Maintain and reconcile storekeeping and inventory records.
Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, adjustments, and provisions.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Prepare monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with procurement, production, sales, and store departments for accurate financial reporting.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, journal entries, ledgers, accrual accounting, AP, AR, and inventory accounting.
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and Odoo ERP.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

Experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial environments.
Knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and production accounting.
Experience with VAT compliance and financial audits.

Starting Salary: SAR 2,500 per month.
Performance-Based Salary Increase after evaluation.
Company Accommodation Provided.
Iqama Transfer Must Be Available (Transferable Iqama Required).
