About the Role:
​We are seeking a highly qualified, safety-driven Lifting Supervisor to oversee and execute complex lifting operations for our major upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in heavy lifts, tandem lifts, and rigging engineering, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency on-site.

​Key Responsibilities:
​Supervise & Coordinate: Oversee all daily lifting and rigging operations, ensuring compliance with international safety standards and site regulations.

​Lift Planning: Review, approve, and execute critical and non-critical lift plans. Calculate crane capacities, load weights, and rigging configurations.

​Risk Management: Conduct Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and pre-lift safety briefings (Toolbox Talks) with the rigging crew.

​Equipment Inspection: Ensure all lifting gears, cranes, and tackles are certified, color-coded, and safe for use.

​Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of riggers and crane operators, fostering a zero-accident culture.

Candidate Requirements
​Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Lifting Supervisor in heavy industries (Construction).
​Certifications (Mandatory): Valid certifications from internationally recognized bodies such as LEEA, TUV, NPORS, or CPCS (Online verified).

​Technical Skills: Deep understanding of crane load charts, rigging mathematics, and crane positioning.

​Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Hindi/Arabic is a plus.
