Job Description

We are looking for a competent and experienced Project Engineer with strong MEP knowledge and excellent project coordination skills to join our team in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate should be confident in client meetings, project documentation, MEP coordination, and site execution, with the ability to manage project requirements professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend and effectively represent the company in client, consultant, and contractor meetings.
- Coordinate and follow up on MEP works at site.
- Review and control project documentation, including:
- BOQ
- WIR – Work Inspection Request
- MIR – Material Inspection Request
- IRF – Inspection Request Form
- Method Statements
- Material Submittals
- Shop Drawings
- Technical Submittals
- As-Built Documentation
- Coordinate with MEP engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare and review technical documents, reports, and progress updates.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation and records throughout the project.
- Communicate professionally with clients and consultants and handle technical discussions confidently.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- Strong practical knowledge of MEP works, preferably in building construction projects.
- Good understanding of HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Electrical, and ELV systems.
- Strong knowledge of project documentation and inspection procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently attend meetings and deal directly with clients/consultants.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project coordination.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia will be an advantage.
