Job Opening: Accountant (Automobile Spare Parts Industry)
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Important Note: Candidate must have strong experience in all Zoho modules (mandatory).
Manage purchases and vendor accounts in Zoho Books
Maintain and update vendor details
Handle sales accounting and invoicing
Record and track inventory transactions
Regularly update stock and stay fully aware of available inventory levels
Maintain and continue existing Zoho Books accounts without disruption
Ensure accurate bookkeeping using Zoho Books
Generate timely reports, including:

Profit & Loss statements
Outstanding balances (receivables & payables)
Payment details
Provide reports on time whenever required

Proven experience as an Accountant using Zoho Books
Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books (mandatory)
Ability to independently manage and continue existing Zoho accounts
Experience in inventory management (preferably in trading/automobile spare parts)
Ability to accurately track and manage stock levels
Strong knowledge in preparing financial reports (P&L, outstanding, payments)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy
