Requirements:
• Experience not exceeding 5 years in plastic factory management
• Strong knowledge of factory operations and production processes
• Ability to improve operational efficiency and productivity
• Experience in managing teams and daily factory operations
• Good understanding of quality and industrial safety standards
• Experience in the Saudi market is preferred
