WE ARE HIRING – OPERATIONS MANAGER

Position: Operations Manager – Pest Control
Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 6,500 + Family Status

Eastern Alliance Pest Control is looking for an experienced and capable Operations Manager to manage and supervise our pest control operations, manpower, client requirements, service quality, and daily operational activities.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Pest Control / Facility Management Operations, preferably in Saudi Arabia or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and pest control operations.
• Experience in General Pest Control, Rodent Control, Flying Insect Control, Termite Control, Bird Control, Snake/Reptile Control, Fumigation and related services.
• Ability to manage technicians, supervisors, vehicles, equipment and materials.
• Strong experience in planning daily, weekly and monthly service schedules.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, attend meetings and handle complaints professionally.
• Experience in conducting site inspections, surveys and technical assessments.
• Good knowledge of pest control chemicals, application methods, dilution rates, equipment and safety requirements.
• Knowledge of HSE requirements, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, JSA, SOPs, MSDS and Permit-to-Work procedures.
• Ability to prepare professional service reports, inspection reports, trend analysis, checklists and corrective action reports.
• Experience in handling large industrial, commercial, camp, catering, warehouse and facility management projects.
• Ability to monitor pest activity and recommend suitable corrective and preventive actions.
• Strong knowledge of quality control and ensuring services are completed according to company and client standards.
• Ability to control chemical consumption, stock, equipment and operational expenses.
• Experience in mobilization of new projects and arranging manpower, materials and equipment.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train and guide pest control technicians and supervisors.
• Good command of English – speaking, reading and writing.
• Computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel, Email and Reporting.
• Valid Saudi/GCC Driving Licence preferred.
• Candidates with experience working with major industrial, Oil & Gas, FM, catering or construction clients will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall pest control operations, manpower deployment, service scheduling, client coordination, inspections, quality control, technical reporting, material management, HSE compliance and operational performance.

Package:
SAR 6,500 Salary + Family Status
