Position Title: AutoCAD Draughtsman (Industrial Construction)

Salary Range: 3,000 – 4,000 SAR per month

Job Summary
The AutoCAD Draughtsman will be responsible for preparing, modifying, and managing technical drawings and designs for various construction and engineering projects. The role requires strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure design accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Design and Drafting
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD based on engineer and architect specifications.
• Modify, update, and revise drawings to meet client and project requirements.
• Create 2D and 3D drawings as required by project scope.
Coordination and Collaboration
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project managers to ensure all drawings meet technical and regulatory requirements.
• Attend client and consultant meetings for drawing reviews and clarifications.
• Assist in reviewing and updating designs based on feedback.
Documentation and Record Keeping
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all drawings, documents, and revisions.
• Ensure drawing compliance with relevant industry standards and building regulations.
• Prepare and maintain drawings and documentation for project submissions and approvals.
Quality Control
• Ensure all design work meets project timelines and quality expectations.
• Review and verify design calculations to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications
• Education: Degree or Diploma in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as an AutoCAD Draughtsman, preferably in the construction industry.
• Skills:
o Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or related software is a plus.
o Strong attention to detail with high drafting accuracy.
o Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
o Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
o Familiarity with relevant industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
