We are looking for a competent Facility Specialist for one of our projects in KSA.

Location: Saudi Arabia (In-Kingdom candidates only amd filipino only )

Iqama: Transferable mandatory

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Minimum 4 years’ experience in Facility Management

Role Overview:

The Facility Specialist will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of company facilities and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily facility operations (maintenance, cleaning, security)

Coordinate preventive maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems

Manage vendors and service providers

Monitor facility budget, expenses, and supplies

Ensure compliance with HSE standards

Conduct regular building inspections

Handle emergency repairs and service requests

Support office moves and space planning
