Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Estimation Engineer responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, tender pricing, and project budgets for civil, building maintenance, and infrastructure works under framework agreements.

The role requires strong knowledge in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost analysis, and ensuring alignment with contractual rates and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage accurate cost estimates and budgets for multiple civil projects under framework agreements.
Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Perform quantity take-offs for civil, building, and infrastructure works.
Transpose Bills of Quantities (BOQ) into standardized framework items aligned with contract terms.
Ensure compliance with pre-agreed rates, project scope, and cost control requirements.
Prepare quotations, tender submissions, and cost proposals.
Coordinate with procurement for material pricing and subcontractor quotations.
Support project teams during project execution regarding cost clarifications.
Monitor project variations and prepare cost impact assessments.
Maintain estimation databases and historical cost records.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 3–5 years of estimation experience in civil/building projects
Experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred
Knowledge of BOQ preparation, AutoCAD, and estimation software
Strong understanding of framework contracts is an advantage
