IT NETWORK TECHNICIAN

Location: DAMMAM K.S.A

We are looking for an experienced and skilled IT Network Technician with hands-on experience in structured cabling, fiber optic installation, CCTV, and access control systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Structured Cabling & Data Networking

* CAT6/CAT6A cable pulling, routing, dressing, and installation.
* Data point installation, RJ45 termination, crimping, and testing.
* Patch panel termination, labeling, and cable management.
* Network rack and cabinet installation, dressing, and final connections.
* Installation and termination of network outlets and faceplates.

2. Fiber Optic Cabling

* Fiber optic cable pulling, routing, and installation.
* Fiber optic splicing and termination.
* Fiber patch panel installation and dressing.
* OTDR testing, power meter testing, and troubleshooting.
* Fiber optic connection and commissioning.

3. CCTV Installation & Programming

* CCTV cable pulling, routing, and termination.
* IP camera installation, configuration, and commissioning.
* NVR installation, setup, and programming.
* Camera testing, troubleshooting, and final connections.

4. Access Control Systems

* Access control cable pulling and termination.
* Installation of card readers, magnetic locks, exit buttons, and door contacts.
* Controller installation, wiring, and configuration.
* Access control programming, testing, and commissioning.

5. Site Installation & Testing

* Read and understand shop drawings and cable layouts.
* Perform cable dressing, labeling, and termination.
* Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and rectification.
* Complete installation, final connections, and handover.
* Coordinate with site engineers and project supervisors.

REQUIREMENTS

* Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
* Hands-on experience in IT networking and ELV systems.
* Good knowledge of CAT6/CAT6A and fiber optic cabling.
* Practical experience in fiber optic splicing and OTDR testing.
* Experience in CCTV and access control installation and programming.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
