Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Services Estimation Engineer with strong technical knowledge in industrial maintenance services and equipment-based operations.

The candidate must be capable of preparing cost estimates, quotations, and tenders for specialized industrial services.

Dewatering Services
Hydro Jetting Services
Super Sucker / Vacuum Tanker Services
Industrial Cleaning Services
Waste Disposal Services
Transportation Management Services
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for industrial service projects and shutdown works.
Review client requirements, scopes of work, and technical specifications.
Estimate manpower, equipment, transportation, fuel, disposal fees, and operational costs.
Prepare commercial proposals and tender submissions.
Coordinate with operations teams regarding equipment availability and pricing.
Evaluate subcontractor/vendor quotations.
Ensure pricing aligns with company profitability targets.
Support project execution teams on cost-related clarifications.
Monitor project variations and additional work estimates.
Maintain updated costing databases for industrial service operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of estimation experience in industrial services or maintenance operations
Experience in Saudi Arabia industrial plants is preferred
Knowledge of waste disposal regulations and industrial service operations is an advantage
Strong analytical and commercial skills
