Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager for our glass and aluminium installation projects. This role is critical in ensuring technical excellence, quality control, and smooth execution of projects ranging from facades and curtain walls to doors, windows, and structural glazing

Responsibilities
• Review and approve architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee installation activities on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality benchmarks.
• Lead and mentor engineers, supervisors, and installation teams.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to resolve technical challenges.
• Optimize material usage and manage procurement of glass, aluminium, and hardware.
• Conduct inspections and deliver progress reports.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in glass and aluminium installation projects.
• Strong knowledge of facade systems, glazing techniques, and aluminium profiles.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
