Responsibilities / Duties / Job Description / Job Scope

1 Supervise the store operations to ensure its smooth running and quality, including ensuring store housekeeping rules are observed, proper packing procedures, efficient delivery schedules, ensure timely packing and delivery of goods to customers, stocktaking.
2 Promote safe work environment through equipment, process design and proper housekeeping.
3 Involve in continuous improve for processes by working collaboratively with all other departments and team members.
4 Maintenance of equipment associated with storekeeping, packing and delivery
5 Supervise, coach and train ofstore keeper/materila handler on proper working attitude and meeting better productivity output.
6 Ensure compliance to safe standards, procedures and regulatory requirements
7 Perform risk assessments and hazard identification and mitigation for store area.
8 Follow PDCA for continuous monitoring and improvement of the process, people, and equipment
9 Conduct weekly meeting to share proper information and receive feedback.
10 Monitor and approval of store keepers/material handler leave attendance and do counselling for staff having frequent absenteeism .
11 Develop a Skill Matrix plan for store keeper/material handler
12 Implement VISUAL FACTORY in shopfloor.
13 Owner of 5 ā€˜Sā€™ control in Store department
14 Able to operate Lift Truck - Automatic Order Picking
