Job Summary
FEG, with operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, a head office in Riyadh, and a corporate/executive office in Al Khobar, is seeking to appoint a qualified Saudi HR Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all human resources functions for both branches and ensuring full compliance with the Saudi Labor Law and applicable governmental regulations. The role requires a proactive professional capable of independently handling HR operations within a relatively small organizational structure.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage all human resources functions for both Al Khobar and Riyadh offices.
• Ensure full compliance with the Saudi Labor Law, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) regulations, and other applicable legal requirements.
• Administer employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and separation procedures.
• Manage and maintain HR systems and government platforms, including but not limited to Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation in accordance with legal standards.
• Administer payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
• Prepare and process end-of-service benefits and final settlements in compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.
• Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary procedures, in a professional and compliant manner.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
• Ensure timely renewal of company-related documents, employee Iqamas, and other regulatory requirements (as applicable).
• Provide HR reports, insights, and support to management for effective decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Saudi National (mandatory requirement)
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Strong working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR regulatory frameworks
• Proven experience in handling government portals (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, etc.)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively

Working Conditions
• Position based in Al Khobar, with oversight of Riyadh operations
• Occasional travel to Riyadh may be required
