Designs, coordinates, and oversees mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in buildings to ensure safety, efficiency, and comfort.

Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, designing, and managing a building’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to commissioning. This includes integrating HVAC systems, power distribution, lighting, water supply, drainage, and fire protection to meet safety codes, energy efficiency targets, and occupant comfort standards. They work closely with project management teams, report to project directors, and ensure systems are installed, tested, and handed over properly. MEP engineers may also provide specialty services like energy management, rainwater harvesting, and architectural lighting design.
