Internal Inspection – Visual
? Internal shell condition

? Furnace & reversing chamber

? Smoke tubes and tube plates

? Scaling, sludge, pitting, corrosion

? Water chemistry indicators (carryover signs)

? Integrity of internal components



Non‑Destructive Examination (NDE / NDT)
? UT thickness measurement for:

o Shell, furnace, tube plates.

o Corrosion allowance verification.

? PT / MT for:

o Welds, nozzles, high‑stress areas



Inspection Deliverables
? Inspection Report including

o UT thickness measurement map

o NDT reports

o Safety valve test certificate review

o Protentional Risk

o Recommendations & corrective actions

o Fitness‑for‑continued‑service statement

Mandatory : 5+ year experience

Location: Jubail, Saudi
