Position: Junior Pastry Chef (French Pastry)
Starting Salary: SAR 2000 - SAR 2500 (based on knowledge and skills)
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Role Brief: We are looking for a creative and hardworking Junior Pastry Chef to join our team. You will focus on making high-quality French desserts and helping our kitchen run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare French Classics: Make doughs, creams, and batters for items like croissants, macarons, éclairs, and tarts.
2. Daily Production: Follow recipes exactly to ensure every pastry looks and tastes perfect.
3. Decorating: Use basic piping and glazing skills to finish desserts with a professional look.
4. Kitchen Setup: Help set up the pastry station and keep all tools and ingredients ready for service.
5. Cleanliness: Keep your workspace tidy and follow all food safety and health rules.
6. Stock Control: Help check deliveries and store ingredients correctly to avoid waste.
7. Team Support: Work closely with the Head Pastry Chef to learn new techniques and finish large orders.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Relevant Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience working specifically with French pastry techniques.
2. Culinary Education: A diploma or certificate in pastry arts (or similar training) is required.
3. Technical Skills: Good knowledge of how to handle delicate ingredients like chocolate, yeast doughs, and meringues.
