We are looking for an experienced REGA Certified Project Manager to lead and oversee large‑scale construction projects, including housing complexes and commercial buildings

Key Requirements
REGA Certification (mandatory)
Minimum 15 years of Project Management experience
Proven experience managing housing, residential compounds, and commercial building projects
Strong leadership, planning, and contractor management skills
Excellent communication and reporting abilities

Role Overview
Lead and supervise full project lifecycle activities
Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
Oversee site progress, quality, safety, and compliance
