Sales & Service Engineer/technician ( Instrumentation or electronics)

Location: Saudi Arabia (Dammam )

Experience Required: 5–7 Years

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong Sales & Service Engineer specializing in instrumentation, with a focus on flow metering solutions and building communication systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both sales support and field service, along with solid knowledge of industrial communication protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell instrumentation products, particularly flow meters
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for installed systems
Handle site visits, commissioning, and after-sales service
Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and offer suitable solutions
Configure and integrate devices with BMS systems
Prepare technical and commercial proposals

Technical Requirements:

Strong experience with flow meters (electromagnetic, ultrasonic, etc.)
Hold on software operating systems
Working knowledge of communication protocols:
Modbus
M-Bus
BACnet
Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) integration
Ability to handle on-site configuration and diagnostics

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, or related field
5–7 years of relevant experience in instrumentation sales and service
Good communication and client-handling skills

Preferred Skills:
Experience in the Saudi market
Valid driving license
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
