Description

We are seeking a qualified Agriculture Engineer /Agronomist with strong experience in crop production and farm management. The candidate will be responsible for improving crop yield, soil health, and overall agricultural operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze soil conditions and recommend fertilization programs
Plan and manage crop production cycles
Monitor irrigation systems and water usage efficiency
Identify plant diseases and implement pest control solutions
Conduct field inspections and prepare technical reports
Improve crop yield and quality through modern farming techniques

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture / Agronomist
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant agricultural experience
Strong knowledge of crops, soil science, and fertilizers
Experience in pest and disease control
Ability to manage farm operations independently
