About the Role

We are looking for a commercially strong, market-connected, and execution-driven professional to help lead our expansion in the Eastern Region.

This role is focused on:
• opening the market
• building relationships
• generating RFQs
• creating real business opportunities
• helping establish a credible on-ground presence

This is a field-driven role, not a desk-based position.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop business opportunities across Jubail, Dammam, Khobar, and the Eastern Province
• Generate and follow up on:
• RFQs
• subcontracting opportunities
• manpower and industrial service

requirements
• Build relationships with:
• contractors & EPC companies
• procurement and commercial teams
• project managers and decision-makers
• Support:
• vendor registration
• prequalification
• company introductions
• Maintain a clear pipeline and structured

weekly reporting
• Help support local market build-out and execution readiness

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with:
• Strong experience in:
• contracting
• industrial services
• subcontracting
• manpower / equipment / project support
• Real knowledge of the Eastern Region market
• Existing network with:
• contractors
• EPCs
• industrial clients
• procurement / commercial teams
• Proven ability to:
• open doors
• generate opportunities
• secure RFQs
• follow through commercially
• Good understanding of:
• vendor registration
• prequalification
• commercial follow-up

Arabic and English communication is strongly preferred.

Critical Requirement

Candidates must demonstrate proven experience in helping establish, grow, or commercially activate business from the ground up.

This includes practical involvement in:
• market entry
• relationship development
• opportunity generation
• early-stage business build-out

Candidates without hands-on market build-out experience may not be suitable for this role.
