HVAC Maintenance Technician & Electrical Maintenance Technician (Saudi Arabia)
A leading facilities management company in Riyadh is urgently hiring experienced technicians for the following positions:
1. HVAC Maintenance Technician
Key Responsibilities:
Routine and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems (Split, Window, Package, Duct, VRF/VRV)
Diagnosis, repair, and servicing of AC units
Refrigerant charging, cleaning of indoor/outdoor units, and maintenance of compressors, fans & thermostats
Emergency callouts and technical reporting
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years proven experience in HVAC operation & maintenance
Experience in hospitals, schools, complexes, or large facilities
Strong knowledge of VRF/VRV systems is a must
Physically fit and able to work under pressure
Valid Saudi driving license preferred
2. Electrical Maintenance Technician
Key Responsibilities:
Routine and preventive maintenance of electrical systems in buildings
Fault diagnosis and repair of panels, breakers, lighting, and power systems
Monitoring electrical loads and ensuring safety
Emergency breakdown response and reporting
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years experience in electrical maintenance
Experience in hospitals, schools, or large facilities
Good knowledge of low-voltage systems and basic electrical drawings
Experience in low current systems (fire alarm, CCTV, control systems) is an advantage
Physically fit and able to work under pressure
Valid Saudi driving license preferred
Common Requirements for Both Positions:
Candidates must be currently inside Saudi Arabia (preferably based in Riyadh)
Willingness to work shifts and respond to emergency calls
Strong discipline, commitment, and ability to write basic technical reports
Immediate availability preferred
Salary: 2,200 – 2,500 SAR (negotiable and will be finalized after interview based on experience)
