Job Title: Group Execution & Development Manager
Location: Jeddah / Eastern Region Travel Required

About the Role

We are looking for a highly capable, disciplined, and execution-driven professional to work directly with senior management and help drive structured execution across multiple business lines.

This is a high-impact role for someone who can turn plans into action, organize moving parts, follow through aggressively, and help build a more structured and scalable business platform.

This role is ideal for someone who is strong in execution, commercially aware, operationally sharp, and able to drive progress across teams and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Convert management direction into clear action plans, deadlines, and deliverables
Follow up across teams to ensure execution stays on track
Support strategic initiatives, business development efforts, and internal growth plans
Coordinate execution of new business lines, hiring needs, and expansion priorities
Build and maintain trackers, reports, dashboards, and management follow-up systems
Identify execution gaps, delays, and bottlenecks and ensure they are addressed
Work closely with leadership to maintain momentum and accountability across the business

Preferred Background

Strong preference for candidates with experience in one or more of the following:

Engineering Consulting
Contracting / Construction
Operations / Execution Management
PMO / Strategic Execution
Business Development Support
Multi-business or growth-stage environments

Saudi market experience is highly preferred.

Important Note

This is not a routine admin role and not a traditional general manager position.

We are looking for someone who can build execution discipline, support growth, and help management move faster and more effectively.
