Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist who will be responsible for managing the company’s digital presence, including Twitter, company website, and online store operations. The ideal candidate must be bilingual (Arabic & English) and have proven experience in social media management, e-commerce operations, and online marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management (Twitter), Noon, Trendyol running adds on this platform
• Manage and grow the company’s official Twitter account with localized content (Arabic and English).
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, campaigns, and promotions.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Monitor social media trends, track KPIs (engagement, clicks, impressions), and prepare performance reports.
2. Website Management
• Update and maintain website content, including product pages, company news, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure the website is visually appealing, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized.
• Coordinate with designers, developers, and internal teams for content updates and technical enhancements.
• Track website performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics or equivalent) and provide optimization suggestions.
3. E-Commerce Operations
• Manage the company’s online store(s) (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon.sa, Noon).
• Oversee product listings, inventory updates, pricing, and order fulfillment processes.
• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads, to boost sales.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze customer feedback, and provide recommendations for growth.
4. Marketing & Branding Support
• Assist with creating digital marketing materials, such as graphics, videos, and promotional content.

• Support offline and online campaigns by aligning brand messaging across all platforms.
• Conduct competitive analysis and track market trends to enhance the company’s digital strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Languages: Native Arabic speaker with fluent English (spoken and written).
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or e-commerce operations.
• Skills:
o Strong copywriting ability in Arabic and English for marketing content.
o Familiarity with Twitter, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM strategies.
o Basic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools) and video editing knowledge is a plus.
o Data-driven mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
