We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, responsible for handling purchasing operations efficiently and ensuring full compliance with government requirements, especially through the SABER system.
📍 Location: Jeddah

🎯 Main Duties:
• Manage procurement processes in line with company policies to achieve optimal cost and quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Issue and track purchase orders until successful delivery.
• Handle all activities related to the SABER platform, including product registration and conformity certification.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable governmental regulations.
• Generate reports and provide insights on procurement performance.

🧠 Qualifications:
• Previous experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
• Hands-on experience with the SABER system is required.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
