Hiring for Systems & Digital Operations Specialist

Nationality: Open for all
Work Location: Saudi Arabia
Working Hours: 48 hours/week

🔧 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Manage and support digital platforms (SIS, LMS, Google Workspace, portals)
✔️ Handle user accounts, access control, and system monitoring
✔️ Provide support for laptops, iPads, and shared devices
✔️ Maintain AV systems (projectors, displays, conferencing tools)
✔️ Support academic year setup, onboarding, and system readiness
✔️ Ensure data protection, system continuity, and security compliance
✔️ Coordinate with vendors and maintain documentation
✔️ Assist operations team with events, setups, and coordination

🎯 Requirements
✅ Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
✅ Experience in IT / Systems / Digital Operations support
✅ Hands-on experience with devices (laptops, tablets)
✅ Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
✅ Ability to support non-technical users

Preferred:
✔️ Experience in education/school environment
✔️ Knowledge of Google Workspace, LMS, SIS platforms
✔️ Exposure to AV/classroom technology
