A. ROLE PURPOSE ( A HIGH LEVEL DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE)

1. To create visually compelling presentation decks that effectively communicate ideas and engage audiences.
2. Video creation and Graphical visualization

A. ACCOUNTABILITIES ( SHOULD BE A MAXIMUM OF 6 ACCOUNTABILITIES)
IF ONE OF THE ACCOUNTABILITIES IS NOT PERFORMED AT THE OPTIMUM LEVEL, THE ROLE WILL NOT BE PERFORMED EFFECTIVELY


1 Design Presentation Decks ● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand presentation objectives and target audience.
● Develop design concepts and layouts that align with brand guidelines.
● Utilize design software to create high-quality visuals and infographics.
● Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
● Ensure final decks are polished and ready for delivery.
● Review and critique current presentation materials for effectiveness., Make design adjustments based on feedback from stakeholders., Update content to reflect current branding and messaging.
● Create email communication and its artifacts ● Engaging and professional presentation decks that enhance communication and brand image.
● Improved presentations that resonate with target audiences and reflect the latest brand standards.
● Incorporation of current design trends that keep presentations fresh and impactful.

2 ● End-to-end video production: scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, motion graphics.
● Creative visual design: thumbnails, visual assets, icons, infographics, social media creatives.
● Brand alignment: ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines, tone, colors, and messaging.
● Event & campaign coverage: edit videos for hackathons, town halls, product demos, launches.
● Animation & motion graphics: create explainers, transitions, intros, outros, micro-animations.
● Cross-functional collaboration: work with UX, Product, Marketing, HR, and Leadership teams for content needs.
● Content optimization: prepare versions for mobile, social, and internal platforms.
● Quality control & fast turnaround: ensure visual consistency, clarity, and delivery within deadlines.
• Higher content engagement: increase in views, clicks, and retention.
• Faster communication: visual storytelling reduces explanation
• Brand consistency improved across all digital touchpoints.
• Enhanced internal communication (town halls, product videos, innovation updates).
• Better stakeholder alignment through clear, visual narratives.
• Improved adoption of products, initiatives, and events due to high-quality videos.
• Library of reusable assets (templates, intros, outro packs, icon sets).

A. EXPERIENCE - (MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE TO PERFORM THE JOB EFFECTIVELY)
# OF YEARS (XX) • 3-5 years
SKILLS REQUIRED
TECHNICAL/MANAGERIAL • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint), strong visual communication skills, attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
• Ability to articulate content into business language and presentation visuals
• Experience of aftereffect, Premier pro, blender, Capcut, etc.
• Translate content into visual graphic and embed with business presentation.
• work collaboratively all leaders in both technology and business
• Applying strategic thinking to deliver end-to-end user experience solutions with a focus and ability to articulate design rationale in the context of business and user needs and business goals.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS (IF ANY) • Portfolio showcasing previous presentation design work.
• Proficient in English
