Medium Voltage Maintenance Supervisor-Preferably Indian/Nepali/Jordanian/Egyptian/Sri Lankan)

A newly established GIS & MV Factory in Saudi Arabia is looking for a skilled MV Maintenance Supervisor to lead service and maintenance activities for medium voltage systems.

???? Key Responsibilities

Supervise maintenance of MV switchgear, RMUs, and distribution panels
Lead field teams for troubleshooting, repair & preventive maintenance
Perform and review testing: IR, contact resistance, functional tests
Support commissioning of MV systems when required
Diagnose faults and provide root cause analysis (RCA)
Ensure compliance with SEC / IEC standards and safety procedures
Coordinate with clients, utilities, and internal teams
Prepare technical reports and service documentation

???? Requirements
Diploma / BSc in Electrical Engineering
Strong hands-on experience in MV systems (switchgear / RMU)
Proven experience in maintenance & field service operations
Leadership or supervisory experience
Good knowledge of protection, control, and testing practices

⭐ Preferred
SEC / Aramco approval
Experience with major OEMs (Schneider, Siemens, ABB, etc.)
