Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Juice Maker / Tea Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing fresh juices, smoothies, and a variety of teas, with a strong focus on quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and specialty beverages using high-quality ingredients
Brew and serve a variety of teas (hot and cold), including herbal and specialty blends
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times
Provide excellent customer service and handle special requests
Suggest new recipes and seasonal beverage ideas

Requirements:

Previous experience as a juice maker, barista, or tea specialist is preferred
Knowledge of different fruits, ingredients, and tea types
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Good communication and customer service skills
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Skills:

Creativity in developing new drinks and presentation styles
Basic knowledge of health-focused beverages and ingredients
