A well-established contracting company in Saudi Arabia is seeking the following position:

Position: Project Manager (Hotels Projects) - CIVIL

Requirements:

Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction company
At least 8 years of experience within the Saudi market
Experience working with mid-sized contracting companies is preferred
Proven experience in managing hotel projects, particularly high-rise buildings (10+ floors)
Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
Valid driving license
Currently based in Saudi Arabia
Transferable Iqama is a must
Available to join immediately
