We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Cost Controller to join our restaurant operations team in Al Khobar, KSA. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in food & beverage cost control, inventory management, and financial reporting within the restaurant industry.

🔎 Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs

Conduct inventory audits and stock reconciliation

Analyze cost variances and prepare detailed reports

Manage recipe costing and menu profitability analysis

Coordinate with procurement and kitchen teams to reduce waste

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports

Ensure compliance with company policies and cost standards

✅ Requirements:

Minimum 15 years of experience in cost control (Restaurant/F&B industry mandatory)

Strong knowledge of inventory systems and ERP software

Advanced skills in MS Excel and financial reporting

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)

Currently available in Saudi Arabia preferred
