🔩 Join Our Team Structural Steel & Fabrication Sales
We're seeking an experienced Sales Professional with proven expertise in structural fabrication to drive growth and expand our market presence.
What You'll Do:
Develop and manage client relationships in structural steel, metal fabrication, and industrial construction sectors
Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to deliver tailored fabrication solutions
Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
Maintain market intelligence on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
What We're Looking For:
✅ Currently working in sales within structural fabrication, steel construction, or related industrial sectors
✅ Strong technical understanding of fabrication processes (welding, CNC, steel grades, coatings)
✅ Proven track record of B2B sales and client acquisition
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✅ Ability to read technical drawings and specifications (preferred)
