Job Title: Arabic Chef – Appetizers & Grilled Cuisine Specialist


Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and passionate Arabic Chef specializing in traditional Arabic appetizers (Mezze) and Arabic grilled cuisines to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in authentic flavors, presentation, and high-volume food preparation while maintaining quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present a wide variety of Arabic cold and hot appetizers (Mezze).

Expertly prepare and grill traditional Arabic dishes (mixed grills, kebabs, shawarma, etc.).

Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.

Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.

Manage food stock, ordering, and inventory control.

Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials.

Ensure all dishes meet company quality standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Arabic Chef specializing in Arabic appetizers and grilled cuisine (minimum 3–5 years preferred).

Strong knowledge of authentic Arabic spices, marinades, and grilling techniques.

Experience in catering or high-volume restaurant operations is an advantage.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
