Summary: Overall responsible for planning, control, billing and monitoring functions of project. Pipeline experience is mandatory.

Area of Responsibilities :-

 To determine the project necessities and prioritize the sequence of execution activities which need to complete during initial stages of the project. Understand the project in depth and define the best possible sequence of execution, which will meet the deadline for project.
 Preparation of DPR/WPR/MPR, and data for the MIS.
 Daily entry of SAP DPR and generate Earned Value based on the Actual Daily Progress Report.
 Preparation and generation of Client Billing (RA Bills) and coordination with PMC/Client for approval of the Client Bills. Follow-up with PMC/Client for Collection of Payment.
 Ensure Cost Booking in SAP for issued materials for construction, Materials & Equipment Hiring Bills, Sub-contractors, vendor bills and Admin Cost in time on monthly basis to generate Revenue.
 Arrange Sub-contractor’s RA Bills certification and material reconciliation of the materials provided to sub-contractors.
 Coordination with site for return of surplus material (customer supplied inventory), if any to customer.
 Arrange Debit note to Sub-contractors for resources provided to sub-contractors after coordination with RCM/PM/P&M Manager.
 Generate Purchase Requisition (PR) in SAP System and Responsible for Co-ordination with site procurement to make available all the required materials proactively for smooth construction works.
 Attend PMC/Client Monthly Review Meetings (MRM). Prepare presentation and MOM and submit to PMC/Client.
 Prepare Actual Manpower and Equipment Deployment Reports and submit to Head Office on Weekly basis.
 Prepare Material, Manpower and Equipment plan and Co-ordinate with Head Office / P&M / Procurement and Site Construction team to ensure all the required resources available proactively for smooth construction works and day-to-day co-ordination with client/ PMC/ vendors.
 Prepare the site level budget for the construction project work out the costs that will estimate to encounter during execution phase of the project and monitor the same with budget.
 Ensure project meets requirement and objectives.
 Doing commercial/ contractual correspondence at site level with PMC/Client. Take care of contractual obligation / final payments post completion/closure of the project.
 Monitor Delay from PMC/Client and record all Hindrances in Register and DPR to client. Monitor extra works, Scope of Work and record all the necessary documents for Extra Claim and to prepare and submit Extension of Time (EOT) to client.

Education :
 B. Tech/BE Graduate
Experience :
 15+ years in Oil & Gas cross country pipeline industry.
This is an immediate position. Candidates with Aramco approval with transferable Iqama are highly preferred for this position. Candidates with relevant experience with immediately availability from overseas also will be considered.
