Job Title: CEO Assistant/Sales Admin

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to the CEO and sales team. Responsibilities include creating quotations, invoices, follow-up with clients for payments, ticketing, and managing supply chains.

*Key Responsibilities but not limited:

•⁠ ⁠Create and manage quotations, invoices, and other sales documents
•⁠ ⁠Follow up with clients for payments and ensure timely receipt
•⁠ ⁠Handle ticketing and customer service inquiries
•⁠ ⁠Manage supply chain and logistics for the company
•⁠ ⁠Provide administrative support to the CEO and sales team
•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records and databases

Requirements:


-experience in sales administration or related role
•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and organizational skills
•⁠ ⁠Proficient in MS Office, Excel….
•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with sales processes and CRM software
•⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Experience Excel. …
•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of ENGLISH language (for client communication)
•⁠ ⁠Experience in the Middle East market
