Job Description – Admin Coordinator
Job Title: Admin Coordinator
Department: Administration
Reports To: Administration Manager / Operations Manager / General Manager
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily administrative operations.
Prepare official letters, reports, and business correspondence.
Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
Schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and record minutes.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate administrative procurement.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Manage administrative service contracts and renewals.
Receive visitors, answer phone calls, and manage emails.
Government Platforms (Saudi Arabia)
Manage and follow up on the company's account on Qiwa.
Handle employee registration, deregistration, and related transactions through GOSI.
Follow up on Muqeem services, including residency and visa-related procedures.
Monitor and coordinate Mudad (Wage Protection System) when required.
Coordinate with government authorities or company representatives to complete official transactions.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good knowledge of Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad).
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
